Girls Lacrosse Private Coaching Options
Sarah Adler (Lacrosse Goalie, Personal Training)
Sarah Adler is a private goalie coach. She attained All-American status as a high school goalie and went on to receive D-1 offers and played lacrosse at the collegiate level. She will assist players with the fundamentals of stick position, stance, clearing and utilizing the crease. Sarah is also a certified personal trainer, and offers services designed to increase power, speed, and agility, as well as prevent injury.

Susana Cicchetti (Lacrosse Fundamentals, Physical Therapy, Strength Training)
In addition to coaching lacrosse skills and strategies, Susana can assist with injury prevention, identification and performance enhancement. Susana has her doctorate in physical therapy with a focus on sports medicine and athletes. Susana also has conditioning and strength training certifications and believes that young women's success in sports is heavily dependent on maintaining a strong, healthy self.

Lauren Davenport (Lacrosse Fundamentals)
Lauren has substantial experience coaching lacrosse at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. Her goal is to help grow women's lacrosse and has also coached field hockey & basketball. Lauren is a coach who will focus on developing lacrosse skills as well as personal development. Lauren specializes in stick skills, stick protection, stick checks, off-ball movement, ground balls, fast breaks, draws, dodging, defensive positioning, agility, and shooting.

Maggie played D1 lacrosse at the University of Oregon. Originally from Northern Virginia where she played on the Skywalkers, she has experienced lacrosse on both coasts! She has coached lacrosse at the youth and high school level for 10 years; most recently taking a high school team in one year from a losing record to a perfect season and garnering 2016 Liberty District Coach of the Year honors. In addition, she has extensive experience training youth and high school players; specializing in raising players' performance by increasing skills and preparing players for the next level. Currently, she has four players that she coached/trained from 4th grade through high school playing on the USC, JMU, UCBerkeley and UCDavis lacrosse teams.
Available for individual and small group lessons.
